Choosing a License
Which license do I need — Standard or Extended?

Most buyers need Standard. It covers unlimited commercial and personal projects, unlimited sales, desktop/print, websites, social media (including video), logos, and POD products.
Choose Extended only if you need:
– app/game/e‑book embedding
– editable templates for sale
– distributed media production (broadcast, ads, etc.)
– trademark registration
Is pricing based on company size or number of users?

No. Pricing is flat per tier — Standard or Extended. No per-seat or company-size calculation.
Is this a subscription?

No. It is a one-time purchase with perpetual (lifetime) usage rights.
What the Standard License Covers
Can I use the font for commercial work and sell what I make?

Yes. Unlimited commercial and personal projects, unlimited sales, no attribution required.
How many computers can I install it on?
▶
Any number of computers within your own business.
Can I use it on social media, including video?
▶
Yes. Video, podcasts, and livestreams on accounts you own are covered by Standard.
It becomes Extended only when broadcast, streamed as programming, screened publicly, or distributed by/for a third party.
Can I sell print-on-demand products?

Yes. POD physical products (apparel, mugs, tote bags, stickers, posters) are included in Standard.
Can I use it on my website?
▶
Yes. On websites you own and control, using WOFF/WOFF2 via @font-face.
Can I create a logo with it?
▶
Yes. Logo creation is allowed under Standard.
Registering the logo as a trademark requires Extended.
What the Extended License Adds
What does Extended include beyond Standard?

Extended adds:

3. Distributed media production + paid ad campaigns
4. Trademark registration
I sell Canva templates. Standard or Extended?

Extended. Editable templates always require Extended, and the font file must remain locked inside the platform.

If posted on your own account → Standard.
If broadcast, screened publicly, distributed by a third party, or used as paid ads → Extended.
Standard vs Extended — The Line
What is the simple rule?

If the font is baked into a finished output you post/sell → Standard.
If the font file travels to a third party, or the work is distributed outward as a production, or you register a trademark → Extended.
Rules for Both Licenses
Can I share or resell the font files?

No. Redistribution in any form is prohibited.
Can I modify the font?
▶
No. You may not alter, reverse-engineer, or reformat the font to claim as your own.
Can I digitize it as embroidery or sell letters?
▶
No. Embroidery fonts and “alpha pack” graphics are prohibited.
Where can I NOT store the files?
▶
Do not upload to public storage (public GitHub, open cloud buckets, etc.).
Are there restricted content types?
▶
Yes. No use in hate speech, discrimination, violence, harassment, pornography, fraud, or illegal material.
Formats
Which formats do I receive?

OTF, WOFF, WOFF2.
OTF is not permitted for web use — use WOFF/WOFF2 via @font-face.
Designers, Agencies & Clients
Can a designer buy and use the font for a client?

Yes, as long as the client is identified as the licensee and agrees to the EULA.
No markup allowed.
When the project ends, the designer must delete the font.
Practical Questions
Is the license perpetual?

Yes. Lifetime usage rights.
Do you offer refunds?
▶
Only if a technical issue cannot be fixed within 30 days. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
What happens if I breach the terms?

Pikgura Type may charge for a license covering actual usage and/or terminate your license.
